Are there items you cannot take?
Yes. Hazmat and radioactive. We can provide guidance on how to properly dispose.
Are there items you charge additional fees for?
Most jobs won’t require an additional fee! Only items requiring special handling, such as: overweight, hazardous, items requiring disassembly, and transfer station restricted items.
What do you do with the junk that is removed?
We donate, upcycle and recycle up to 75% of everything we take in. We strive to keep the planet green and the landfills empty!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes!
Does someone need to be onsite while you are working?
Yes. An authorized person, 18+ at time of arrival to direct crew. Not required to remain for the entire appointment.
